RECIPE: Mom Shoupe's Butterscotch Pie


MOM SHOUPE’S BUTTERSCOTCH PIE

1 cup brown sugar                                6 tablespoons cream

4 tablespoons butter                            4 tablespoons flour

2 cups milk                                            3 egg yolks

Cook sugar, cream and butter together until thick. Mix the flour, milk and egg together; add to the first mixture. Cook until thick; pour into baked pie shell. Enjoy!
