Recipe: Maxine High’s Corn Pudding


Maxine High is from Radcliff, KY

¼ cup all purpose flour                                     Salt
¼ cup sugar                                                      Pepper
3 eggs                                                              15 ¼ ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
6 tablespoons butter

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Pour into buttered pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. The recipe can be doubled.
