RECIPE: COTTAGE CHEESE AND CHIVES

 ½ lb. cottage cheese                                        1 Tbsp. onions, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. sour cream                                          Salt to taste
1 Tbsp. chives, chopped fine

            Mix all ingredients and spread on rounds of bread. Garnish with thin slice of stuffed olive on top.
