RECIPE: COTTAGE CHEESE MIX

 ½ lb. cottage cheese                                        salt to taste
1 small cucumber                                            pumpernickel bread
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise

            Peel cucumber, slice and chill in ice water until crisp. Drain; chop cucumber fine. Mix with cheese and mayonnaise. Serve on finger thin sliced bread.
