RECIPE: COTTAGE CHEESE BOWL

½ lb. cottage cheese                                        ½ tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese                             1 tsp. lemon juice
½ cup sour cream whipped

            Blend all ingredients together until the mixture is smooth. Pile high in a pretty dish and dust lightly with paprika. Serve well chilled. Spread on potato chips or crackers.
